Our Commitment

At Lordepot, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to support recovery before, during, and after hair transplant procedures, plastic surgery, and cosmetic treatments.

Because many of our products are intended for personal care, post-operative recovery, and hygienic use, special return restrictions apply.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product arrives defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product is materially different from its description.
  • The package is lost during transit and confirmed by the carrier.

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, worn, washed, altered, or otherwise handled after delivery.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Hair Transplant Recovery Products

  • Hair transplant pillows
  • Recovery kits
  • Special shampoos
  • Scalp care products
  • Hair growth serums
  • Topical treatments
  • Disposable recovery accessories

Plastic Surgery Recovery Products

  • Compression garments
  • Post-surgical bras
  • Abdominal binders
  • Recovery cushions
  • Compression sleeves
  • Support wear
  • Scar treatment products

Cosmetic Procedure Products

  • Ice packs
  • Facial compression garments
  • Recovery masks
  • Post-treatment skincare products
  • Healing creams
  • Facial support accessories

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for return.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.


Return Authorization

Returns must be approved in advance.

Do not send any product back without written authorization from Lordepot.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

If your request is approved, we will provide specific return instructions and, when applicable, the designated return address.


Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by:

  • Product defect
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item sent

Lordepot may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to the customer.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.


Refund Processing

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds typically appear within:

5–10 business days

depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

We reserve the right to provide:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Product replacement

based on the circumstances of each case.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

We may investigate the shipment with the carrier before approving a replacement or refund.

Claims regarding lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.


Medical Disclaimer

The products sold by Lordepot are intended to support recovery and comfort following hair transplant procedures, plastic surgery, and cosmetic treatments.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Customers should always follow the instructions provided by their physician, surgeon, or healthcare professional.

Lordepot does not provide medical advice.


Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested using order records, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmations, and customer communications.
