Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Lordepot currently ships to customers within the United States and select international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on product availability and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
International Orders
- Standard International Shipping: 7–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product weight
- Package dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Tracking information may require several business days to become active after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers or suppliers.
If your order contains multiple items, they may not arrive on the same date.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Lordepot is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts caused by customer error
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

- Store credit
- A refund
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Lordepot is not liable for shipping delays resulting from:
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Labor disruptions
- Government actions
- Supply chain interruptions
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customers may be responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Government fees
- Additional clearance charges
These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, any shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the shipping label
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
